Joy was great! My daughter will be having her grad and it was her first time getting gel nails. She had her idea of what kind of color and design and Joy did not disappoint. She did a wonderful job, and my daughter was very happy on how it turned out.

So I googled other places and Vivid Nails came up, so I called to see if they had anything short notice — and they told me to come right in. From the moment I sat down for my pedicure, I noticed the attention to detail and how much care was put into making sure I was comfortable. At a lot of bigger salons, you can sometimes feel like just another number. No one really talks to you or checks in to make sure you’re comfortable. Vivid Nails is completely different — they truly treat you like family. I only come in every couple of months, but somehow every single time I walk in, Annie remembers me. That, to me, is amazing customer service. If you’re looking for a new place to get your nails or toes done, I highly recommend Vivid Nails — and definitely book with Annie for the most detailed and relaxing pedicure!
All of the ladies at the salon were friendly and welcoming. We saw Tina and Annie for gel and shellac appointments. So thoroughly impressed with the quality and artistic ability of both! They really took their time and made sure things were done properly. The freehand designs are absolutely beautiful, and they were able to recreate our inspo pictures so well.
